The Nashville Farmers Market, founded in the early 1800s, is located in the urban core of downtown Nashville adjacent to the Tennessee State Museum and Bicentennial Mall State Park.
It is a year-round Market that provides retail space to farmers, artisans, nonprofits and small businesses.
NFM facility includes two covered open-air sheds, a container farm, a greenhouse micro greens farm, and a 24,000 square-foot garden center.
Addittionally, the facility also includes a culinary incubation center and an international food hall.
The food hall includes some two-dozen restaurants as well as shops.
Nashville Market offers monthly chef-led cooking demonstrations, community workshops and free on-site two-hour parking for Market patrons.
Nashville Farmers Market also operates two neighborhood markets: the Vanderbilt Farmers’ Market and the Azafran Park Farmers’ Market.
The Vanderbilt Market operates every Thursday in June through October at the Vanderbilt Medical Center Campus, whereas the Azafran Market operates in partnership with Conexion Americas and Metro Parks every Tuesday in May through October at Azafran Park.
PET POLICY
NFM is a pet-friendly market. Patrons may dine with leashed pets in designated areas on Market patios and picnic-table areas — but not in general dining areas.
Patrons must keep pets leashed and within their control at all times and clean up after their pets.
Aggressive pets are not permitted on NFM property.
