By looking through our produce pages, you will notice that we carefully choose produce and avoid crops that undergo heavy genetic modifications for unnecessary changes such as better visual appeal.
We also avoid crops and suppliers that are known to put heavy amounts of preservatives on their produce, for the well-being of our clients as well as consumers.

By stocking produce only to an amount which we know we can sell, we avoid unnecessary waste that is created from throwing out overstocked produce, as some larger produce wholesalers do.
