In addition to freshness and quality, one of the biggest factors we consider are the health aspects of the fruits and vegetables that we sell.
By looking through our produce pages, you will notice that we carefully choose produce and avoid crops that undergo heavy genetic modifications for unnecessary changes such as better visual appeal.
We also avoid crops and suppliers that are known to put heavy amounts of preservatives on their produce, for the well-being of our clients as well as consumers.
In addition to health concerns, we also value the impact that we have on nature and the environment.
By stocking produce only to an amount which we know we can sell, we avoid unnecessary waste that is created from throwing out overstocked produce, as some larger produce wholesalers do.
This is also the same reason why we choose to import certain produce selection seasonally, as these are periods when they are at the best quality and in the highest market demand.
