Rockwall Farmers Market was established in 2008 by the Friends of Downtown Rockwall and has been a Saturday morning staple!
The market is run by all volunteers, with assistance from the City of Rockwall and Rockwall County, it has grown to over 30 vendors.
Rockwall is now one of the area’s most popular destinations for locals to purchase fresh produce and specialty foods.
Including grass-fed meats, fresh baked artisans breads, farm eggs, seafood, honey, jams, pasta, tamales to name just a few.
This market also features local talent that provides live music every market day. Its seasonal market is open Saturday mornings from the beginning of May until the end of September, 8:00 am until noon.
You can find the market located on the Historic Downtown Square. We are dog and pet friendly.
The vision for the Rockwall Farmers Market concept is an effort to establish a link between farmers and consumers. Additionally, offer the community high quality agricultural goods from local growers and ranchers, as well as provide gourmet artisan foods.
Moreover, this is where the agrarian community can connect with the urban community in a safe, fun environment.
